The senior hire comes off the back of recent appointments in Publishing and Public Relations, amongst other departments
Leading hyper-casual games publisher Kwalee has hired a new Head of Ad Monetisation, continuing its growth in early 2020 with senior hires to help take the brand to the next level. Dilpesh Parmar brings over a decade of experience to his role, having a wealth of knowledge in the area across multiple businesses.
Most recently, Parmar joins from international ad network IQzone, where he departs as COO of their London office. In addition to this, Parmar’s resume includes a two-year tenure at Shazam, where he set up the ad monetisation for brands. Six years of his 12 years of experience in Ad Monetisation were also spent at Outfit7, where he developed in-house ad mediation solutions and directed all ad monetisation operations.

Dilpesh Parmar commented on his new position, saying: “This is such an exciting time to be working in the gaming space, and Kwalee is right at the forefront of the hyper-casual genre. I feel I can help to cement this position, but also bring Kwalee forward even further, alongside the great minds that are already here. It’ll also be great fun to rekindle some past relationships and make many new ones within the studio”.
Kwalee CEO David Darling added: “Dilpesh brings such a breadth of experience in the area of Ad Monetisation, it’s brilliant to have him on board. Hiring the right people is so important to us here at Kwalee, and Dilpesh always stood out as the right person to help take this side of the business further, and continue the growth and success we saw with it in 2019”.
