Leary has a passion for growing employees’ careers and developing leaders, a source of critical value to companies that allows them to successfully operate in new geographies, new sectors, and drive greater returns for customers and investors. Her leadership tenure at companies is often associated with periods of rapid scale for those companies; one such example is Boston Scientific, where she worked for nearly 11 years starting in 1996 and which she helped grow into the medical device powerhouse it is today.

“I was attracted to Bullhorn for the tremendous value proposition it offers its customers,” said Leary. “It really serves a unique market and does so incredibly well, and it has such a remarkable culture. All the energy of a startup even at twenty years in, but with the maturity and talent of a Fortune 500. My first priority at Bullhorn will be leveraging and building on the great successes the company has experienced to date, determining what we want to accomplish from a business strategy point of view, and then ensuring we have the organizational structure and people resources we need to achieve that. My goal is to accelerate Bullhorn’s growth globally, and to understand how to best allocate and maximize the potential of the talent and leadership resources we already have, augmenting those wherever necessary.”

“Kristin is a business leader first, and an HR leader second,” said Art Papas, founder and CEO at Bullhorn. “She understands human capital as a competitive advantage and how to motivate and inspire people from a business standpoint to reach their full potential and embrace a culture of inclusion and high performance. Her mix of public and private company experience is invaluable at this stage of our growth trajectory, and she will be a crucial part of our senior leadership team.”
