MOLOCO Hires Greg Silva, Former Netflix HR Director, as VP of People Operations
The former Netflix and IGN Director of Human Resources brings decades of experience to MOLOCO executive team
MOLOCO, a leader in machine learning and growth solutions for mobile marketers, announced that Greg Silva has joined the company as VP of People Operations. Silva, who most recently worked as VP of People & Culture at telecommunications company TextNow, will begin immediately.

Silva’s extensive experience in human resources and executive leadership spans thirty years. From 2000 to 2008, Silva was the Director of Human Resources at Netflix and watched the company grow from an upstart DVD rental service to an entertainment behemoth. Silva joined IGN Entertainment as Director of Human Resources in March 2008 and worked his way up to the VP of Human Resources by his departure in 2013. Both Netflix and IGN Entertainment are known for their strong, sustainable workplace cultures and innovative people practices. After leaving IGN, Silva held several other VP of Human Resources and Head of People Ops roles at tech, communications, and marketing companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Greg Silva graduated from California State University, East Bay with a B.A. in Human Development in 1991. Before landing at Netflix, Silva held Director of Human Services roles at Pathways Hospice and Home Health and Owens Design.
