Jerry Pence comes with over 25 years of experience in the private equity and management consulting sector and is the founder and Managing Partner of Balanced Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. His track-record includes acquiring 14 companies with revenue totaling over $1.6 billion. Pence was previously the Head of Private Equity for two multi-billion family offices and held senior positions with Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch & The Boston Consulting Group.
Gunter Reiss is an inspirational Marketing and Business Development Executive who uniquely blends marketing strategy with in-depth expertise in 5G, cloud, AI and cybersecurity. He has over 20 years of professional experience with most recent focus on the global marketing transformation of Silicon Valley cybersecurity leader A10 Networks where he held the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing role. Prior to joining A10, Reiss served as Vice President of strategy and business development at Ericsson Silicon Valley and held senior roles at Ericsson in Texas, Sweden and Austria, and Damovo and IPC in the UK. He also served on the Board of Skorpios Technologies and the Sun Microsystems customer advisory board.
Mike O’Rielly served as a Commissioner at the FCC from 2013 through 2020. Before joining the FCC, O’Rielly served for nearly twenty years in leading staff positions on Capitol Hill, concluding in the Office of the Senate Republican Whip. Early in his career, he served as Professional Staff on the Energy and Commerce Committee in the House of Representatives. O’Rielly presently serves as Chief executive at MPO Rielly Consulting, LLC, providing strategic advice and consulting services, and serves as a Visiting Fellow at the Hudson Institute as well as a Senior Fellow at the Media Institute.
