VoltDB, a leading enterprise data platform that enables fast data decision making, announced that it will join Google Cloud’s 5G Edge / ISV partner initiative. As part of this initiative, VoltDB will make its data management capabilities available in Google Cloud, with Anthos serving as a platform for delivering applications and solutions to the network edge.

As global companies increasingly perform their core business functions in the cloud, they have many options for using 5G-based cloud functions on the edge of their networks.
