Like a digital map, FutureFit AI powers individuals to ‘explore’ the world of skills and careers, allowing them to set a ‘destination’ of where they want to go next, ‘locates’ their starting point of capabilities and experiences and recommends ‘pathways’ for how to get there, while providing human supports along the way. The platform uses AI to provide recommendations based on labor market information.
FutureFit AI emerged from and builds upon the work of AudaciousYou which reimagines higher education debt-free, degree-free, lecture-free model and guarantees an interview with leading employers such as Deloitte, TD, RBC, Sun Life and CIBC.

For the TD Ready Challenge, FutureFit AI is partnered with JFF, a leading nonprofit driving transformation in the American workforce and education systems.
“FutureFit AI has brought forward a creative and scalable solution to address the uncertainty associated with technological acceleration and the future of work,” said Andrea Barrack, Vice President, Global Corporate Citizenship, TD Bank Group. “Being a winner of the TD Ready Challenge is a testament to the skill, ingenuity and vision of its creators, as well as their dedication to opening doors to a more inclusive and financially secure tomorrow.”
