PTC has been named a Leader in its Magic Quadrant for Industrial IoT Platforms by independent industry analyst Gartner . The report evaluates the completeness of the vision of the US company as the most developed.
Gartner defines the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform market as “a suite of integrated software capabilities to improve asset management decision making and operational visibility and control for factories, infrastructure and equipment within asset-intensive industries “.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Industrial IoT Platforms has two axes: “Ability to Execute” and “Completeness of Vision”. Gartner’s assessment criteria for “Completeness of Vision” include a company’s understanding of the market and business model, as well as its marketing, sales, offering (product), vertical / industry, innovation and geography strategies.
