Venterra Realty Partners With SmartRent to Expand Self-Guided Tour Options

Venterra Chooses SmartRent Technology to Provide the Best Self-Guided Tour Experience for Their Prospects

Venterra Realty has partnered with SmartRent, a provider of smart home automation and products, to implement a high quality, personal, contact-free apartment tour experience. Venterra was among the first property management companies to launch self-guided tours over 2020 and experimented with many solutions but ultimately chose SmartRent due to their advanced features and easy implementation.

As the pandemic continues, it is challenging to provide a traditional apartment tour experience while meeting safety guidelines and limiting contact to meet social distancing guidelines. Venterra has integrated its tour process with SmartRent’s platform, which allows prospective renters to tour a community on their own terms, without contacting the office, using only their smart phone.
