Venterra Chooses SmartRent Technology to Provide the Best Self-Guided Tour Experience for Their Prospects

Venterra Realty has partnered with SmartRent, a provider of smart home automation and products, to implement a high quality, personal, contact-free apartment tour experience. Venterra was among the first property management companies to launch self-guided tours over 2020 and experimented with many solutions but ultimately chose SmartRent due to their advanced features and easy implementation.

As the pandemic continues, it is challenging to provide a traditional apartment tour experience while meeting safety guidelines and limiting contact to meet social distancing guidelines.
