Cecilia Ogude Joins IRI to Lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
IRI, a fast-growing, innovative, global provider of technology, data, and predictive analytics for the consumer, retail, and media sectors, announced that Cecilia Ogude, former Firmwide Diversity and Inclusion Program Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., has joined IRI as senior vice president of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Ogude will partner with IRI leadership across the global organization to facilitate the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of IRI’s DEI strategy, initiatives, programs, tools, and resources — building on the successful programs and efforts already established and advancing new ones.

At JPMorgan Chase Co., Ogude supported the development and execution of its global diversity, equity and inclusion programs and strategy to increase representation among underrepresented groups — and equally, drive an intersectional and inclusive experience for employees and senior leaders. She also oversaw the global employee resources groups, partnered with the firm’s HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and senior stakeholders, and served as a strategic advisor to the firmwide senior executive forums and councils. Previously, Ogude drove global HR Technology efforts for Dentsu Aegis Network and started her career in management consulting with Accenture and McKinsey & Co.
Ogude holds a dual degree in mathematics from New York University and electrical engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey.
