Cloudera Completes Agreement to Become a Private Company

Cloudera, the enterprise data cloud company, announced the successful completion of its previously announced agreement to be acquired by affiliates of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and KKR in an all cash transaction valued at approximately $5.3 billion.  Cloudera common stock has ceased trading and is no longer listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
