“Today, we unveil enhanced capabilities that significantly cut the time and cost associated with application onboarding, empowering enterprises to truly accelerate their identity programs.”
“Saviynt has been at the forefront of innovation since our inception and this major release shows that we continue to lead with value-adding capabilities that transform businesses. Applications drive today’s modern organization and are at the core of every digital transformation. Effectively securing and governing thousands of applications has become the largest hurdle to overcome,” said Vibhuti Sinha, Chief Product Officer, Saviynt. “Today, we unveil enhanced capabilities that significantly cut the time and cost associated with application onboarding, empowering enterprises to truly accelerate their identity programs.”
New functionalities help customers overcome the complex onboarding and deployment of applications. Features including Application Onboarding and Management, Duplicate Identity Management and Bring-Your-Own-Vault are purpose-built to mitigate the time-consuming, error-prone and costly efforts associated with new deployments. These enhancements will also help customers better manage multiple identities created when organizations are merged or identity roles change.
Faster and More Accurate Application Onboarding
The Application Onboarding and Management capability integrates via Saviynt Exchange with templates certified by Saviynt to onboard applications 70% faster. This improves time to value by simplifying the application onboarding process. It also lowers administrator burden and fatigue while reducing or eliminating common onboarding errors. Saviynt’s centralized management enables admin teams to easily monitor the health of all applications through an intuitive user interface to increase identity program adoption and keep the total cost of ownership low. Further, the enhanced governance capabilities help customers quickly discover and secure business applications without leaving applications or workloads behind.

Smarter Identity Management with “One Identity for Life”
Advanced intelligence and analytics are core to identity management as organizations leverage automation to reduce security risks. Saviynt’s Duplicate Identity Management (DIM) leverages advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to help users maintain a clean identity warehouse. The new functionality improves end-user visibility and experience by mapping duplicate or multiple identities to a verified human or non-human identity, reducing the risk and number of unmanaged identities. Duplicate identities are escalated for review and consolidated to support “one identity for life”. DIM is a powerful tool for highly dispersed organizations or ones that experience a high degree of M&A activity.
Protect Vault Investments
The Bring-Your-Own-Vault (BYOV) feature allows organizations to protect and leverage their investments in vaulting technologies and the customizations they’ve made. This continues the “Bring Your Own” trend applied to apps, forms, and widgets. BYOV enables customers to integrate CPAM with any vault and continue to use all CPAM features. The seamless integration with CPAM allows users to leverage all EIC platform features and uses the Saviynt extensible connector framework to store secrets and passwords. The vault connector can be integrated with other connectors that Saviynt supports to manage application secrets from a vault application for importing and provisioning data and for performing privileged access management.
In addition to BYOV, CPAM is being further enhanced with several new features, including:
- A modern PAM onboarding experience with industry best practice configurations via Saviynt Exchange
- Windows service account management that can discover and provide automatic password rotation for service accounts and local or Active Directory domain accounts
