Soluno Acquires Cloud Telephony Division From NetNordic
On Wednesday, the leading European UCaaS provider, Soluno announced that it has acquired the cloud telephony division from Norway-based NetNordic, the Nordic System Integrator. As per the press release published by the company, the agreement reflects both companies’ ambition to be leaders within their core business. It also means consolidating the markets.

With the acquisition, the UCaaS provider will leverage NetNordic’s cross-border expertise to its global customers and benefit from the senior experience in sales, support, and product. Both the companies have also assured that nothing will change in the short term and that Soluno will communicate any future changes with good foresight.

In recent news, Soluno has announced the launch of MyAcademy, a new interactive learning platform to speed up growth and customer satisfaction. The UCaaS service provider is expanding in Europe with a wholesale-first concept and innovates heavily to stay ahead in a competitive market. MyAcademy enables partners to familiarize themselves with Soluno’s product portfolio at their own pace and at a time of their choosing.
Mid-last year, Soluno also announced its integration with Slack and launched Slack Telephony. With Slack Telephony, users get their line state and presence gathered automatically from the phone system, and directly displayed in the Slack interface. The integration marked the next phase of rich experience across an expanded range of product integrations.
