Wipro Limited, a global leader in information technology, consulting, and business process services, announced its collaboration with Oracle to launch Wipro Zero Cost Transformation, a new offering to help companies migrate to the cloud. Wipro is a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).
Companies that want to get added value from the cloud often encounter excessive costs, ineffective implementations, and slow processes on the way there. With the Zero Cost Transformation from Wipro, companies can transfer their workloads to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) at lower costs, switch from a capital expenditure to an operational flow model (OpEx or CapEx), and benefit from support for applications and infrastructure, which is made available as part of a managed services framework.

Zero cost transformation eliminates the challenge of dealing with multiple service providers for migration to the cloud and support. This also creates a seamless and risk-minimized migration, as Wipro is an “Oracle Managed Service Expertise Partner” and has increased the number of its consultants with Oracle Cloud certifications by 400% in less than three years.
The new offer, which is offered in cooperation with Oracle, gives companies access to best-in-class corporate security and technological innovation. The solution is based on Wipro’s six-stage migration methodology as well as proprietary tools and accelerators and enables fast and secure migration to OCI with reduced total operating costs.
