Former CEO of Alliance’s Property Management division seeks to accelerate the adoption of performance-optimizing data
Radix, the provider of a cutting-edge, cloud-based market survey and data analytics platform serving nearly 3 million apartment homes, announced Brad Cribbins, a widely respected multifamily executive with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, has joined the company as Chairman.
Cribbins most recently served as President and CEO of Alliance Residential Co.’s Property Management division, which was acquired by Greystar Real Estate Partners in June 2020 for nearly $200 million. At Alliance, he oversaw the management of approximately 140,000 apartment homes in 35 major markets throughout the U.S. Alliance was ranked No. 4 on the NMHC’s prestigious 2020 50 Largest Apartment Managers list.

The former management CEO emphasized the need for timely and trustworthy market-based data in multifamily.

Cribbins joined Alliance in 2007 as Managing Director of Asset Management for the Alliance owned portfolio. He was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing the Southwest and Mountain regions. In 2012, he was named Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of the Management division. Five years later, he became President and CEO.
In recent months, as the market uncertainty has made many operators realize the importance of accurate, real-time data about competitors and benchmarking, Radix has achieved even more accelerated growth. Mill Creek Residential, Roscoe Property Management and RangeWater Real Estate are among its new clients.
