Radix, the provider of a cutting-edge, cloud-based market survey and data analytics platform serving nearly 3 million apartment homes, announced Brad Cribbins, a widely respected multifamily executive with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, has joined the company as Chairman.
Cribbins most recently served as President and CEO of Alliance Residential Co.’s Property Management division, which was acquired by Greystar Real Estate Partners in June 2020 for nearly $200 million. The former management CEO emphasized the need for timely and trustworthy market-based data in multifamily.
“Radix is positioned to disrupt the industry through a sophisticated ecosystem expanding accurate and actionable data at the micro-level through direct property integrations and a proprietary SurveySwap™ feature. The technology combines the efficiency of a social network and the tools of a business intelligence platform to enhance the pricing acumen of the user,” Cribbins said. “At Alliance, we leveraged Radix at the portfolio level, and I was actively impressed with the technology and equally impressed with the personal attention, responsiveness and customer service Radix offers. Radix has enjoyed impressive growth, and I believe this is a company with enormous potential.”
Through its proprietary SurveySwap™ feature, Radix enables apartment properties to automate the production of market surveys. The observations and insights generated through SurveySwap™ compound with each new user, producing real-time and accurate performance data, enabling the ability to anticipate or uncover market opportunities through benchmarking and apples-to-apples comparisons. Radix also offers a ProForma solution that allows investors to consider the development of a new community, or the acquisition of an existing one, by accessing the performance history of competitive properties.

“It is truly an honor to welcome Brad to the Radix team,” said Blerim Zeqiri, CEO and Co-Founder of Radix. “I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Brad at Alliance, and have experienced the expertise and forward-thinking leadership he will bring to our organization. He is passionate about the benefits our data can bring to operators, and I am confident his addition will be a powerful accelerant to Radix’s growth.”
Cribbins joined Alliance in 2007 as Managing Director of Asset Management for the Alliance owned portfolio. He was later promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing the Southwest and Mountain regions. In 2012, he was named Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of the Management division. Five years later, he became President and CEO.
In recent months, as the market uncertainty has made many operators realize the importance of accurate, real-time data about competitors and benchmarking, Radix has achieved even more accelerated growth. Mill Creek Residential, Roscoe Property Management and RangeWater Real Estate are among its new clients.
