Zaghop Announces Plans to Relaunch with New Focus on Application Development
Technology consulting firm to add custom Salesforce application development to its offerings
Zaghop, a technology company providing custom integration, consulting and development services for the Salesforce platform, announced its plan to relaunch as an independent practice. Zaghop founder, Jonathan James, joined Bridge Connector in 2019 to lead Salesforce application development. Prior to James joining Bridge Connector, Zaghop provided consulting and development services primarily focused on the Salesforce platform.
With its relaunch, Zaghop will add custom application development to those service lines, with a specific focus on applications for Salesforce AppExchange. Zaghop will focus on organizations seeking to launch their own offerings on AppExchange, as well as organizations seeking to productize custom development.

“We see a rapid trend toward productization of consulting offerings, giving customers more clear deliverables, timelines, and transparent pricing,” said Zaghop Founder and CEO, Jonathan James. “We want to democratize the process of launching a product on AppExchange and allow organizations of any size to take advantage of the fantastic value it can bring.”
In addition to custom application development, Zaghop will continue to offer consulting, implementation and development services for the Salesforce platform. According to a 2019 IDC report, the total economic impact of the Salesforce ecosystem will generate over $1.2 trillion in new business revenue and create over 4 million new jobs.

“The Salesforce platform has nearly unlimited potential to create a world-class platform for complete customer engagement,” said James. “The challenge comes with creating the right focus within that unlimited potential, and rapidly configuring the platform for each customer’s unique business needs and use cases.”
James is expecting the company to launch with several initial customers, ranging from consulting groups to digital health organizations. Zaghop officially began operations in January 2021.
