Asset Panda Brings AI-Powered Help Desk Ticketing and Asset Management Together in One Platform
Help Desk Ticketing connects support requests directly to assets, helping teams resolve issues faster and reduce disconnected workflows
Asset Panda, the leading asset management, inspection and audit software, announced its Help Desk Ticketing solution, enabling organizations to create, manage and resolve support requests directly within the Asset Panda platform. By connecting tickets to assets, equipment, people and locations, teams can manage asset data and support requests from a single source. The solution incorporates the capabilities of Asset Panda’s Ursa Help Desk Agent, an AI-powered agent designed to help teams diagnose issues, prioritize requests and streamline ticket resolution.
“Support requests are often directly tied to the assets an organization is already tracking, yet many teams still manage that information in separate systems,” said Rex Kurzius, Founder and CEO of Asset Panda. “Asset Panda Help Desk Ticketing brings those workflows together, giving technicians the context they need to resolve issues faster while building a more complete history for every asset. With Ursa Help Desk Agent, teams can also apply AI throughout the support process to help diagnose problems, surface important information and reduce the time it takes to resolve tickets.”
Tickets can be created directly within Asset Panda or submitted through a dedicated support email address, allowing employees, customers and other external users to submit requests without accessing the platform. Two-way email communication lets technicians respond from within Asset Panda while customers reply from their inboxes, with emails, attachments and responses automatically captured in the ticket history.
Tickets can also be linked to one or multiple assets, as well as people, locations and records across collections. This gives technicians immediate visibility into the asset associated with a request without searching across separate systems.

Organizations can customize Help Desk Ticketing to match their existing workflows with fields for severity, category, department, root cause, resolution type, internal notes and custom statuses or stages. Technicians can also leave internal notes visible only to other Asset Panda users, making it easier to collaborate and document troubleshooting without exposing internal conversations to customers.
Ursa Help Desk Agent extends these workflows with AI capabilities that can assist throughout the ticket lifecycle. Organizations can provide Ursa with company documentation, service-level agreement (SLA) information, compliance policies and other relevant materials to help the agent provide context when diagnosing potential root causes. Ursa can also draft response emails and follow-up requests for additional information or documentation when a ticket does not include enough detail to resolve an issue.
The agent can analyze customer sentiment to help teams identify and prioritize more urgent or frustrated customers, supporting faster intervention and helping organizations improve customer satisfaction and retention. Ursa can also surface key metrics, potential SLA violations and upset customers within the help desk without requiring users to prompt it, giving teams additional context for day-to-day triage and prioritization.
“When someone reports an issue with a piece of equipment, the technician shouldn’t have to hunt through another platform to understand what they’re working on,” Kurzius said. “Connecting the ticket directly to the asset gives teams better context from the start and helps simplify the entire support process. Ursa builds on that foundation by helping teams identify what needs attention and take action more efficiently.”
Organizations can also create custom skills for Ursa Help Desk Agent to perform common tasks, day-to-day activities and more complex workflows using natural-language prompts. These skills can be shared with help desk employees with a single click, helping organizations standardize repeatable processes and reduce the time required to complete routine work.
Because tickets are managed within Asset Panda, organizations can incorporate ticket information into dashboards and reporting alongside their broader operational data. Ursa Help Desk Agent can also use natural-language prompts to help users create custom dashboards, charts and diagrams to visualize help desk metrics and better understand support operations.
Asset Panda Help Desk Ticketing is designed for organizations managing physical assets across IT, facilities and maintenance, education, construction, healthcare, manufacturing and municipal fleet operations. For teams focused on asset-related support, the solution can help reduce duplicate data, minimize integrations and create a more complete view of an asset’s lifecycle while giving support teams AI-powered tools to help manage and resolve requests.
