Bright Pattern Convenes Customers and Partners from Six Continents in San Francisco to Chart the Path to Autonomous CX

Bright Pattern, a global leader in AI-first omnichannel contact center software, today announced the successful conclusion of its 2026 Partner & Customer Conference, held September 30 to October 1 in San Francisco. Customers and partners traveled from Latin America, Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, Japan and Korea to see how agentic AI is moving the contact center from assisted service to end-to-end autonomous resolution, and to hear from organizations already running it in production.

The conference opened with welcome remarks from CEO Michael McCloskey and a product strategy keynote from CTO Konstantin Kishinsky. Across two days, Bright Pattern demonstrated the capabilities that make up its AI-first contact center orchestration platform:

-Agentic Virtual Agents that complete multi-step tasks such as returns, claims and bookings end to end, grounded in enterprise knowledge and connected to back-office systems.
-AI Agent Assist and Teleprompter, with live transcription, next-best-action guidance, real-time compliance prompts and automatic call summaries.
-Agent Co-Pilot and the new Agent Desktop.
-Interaction Analytics and Omni QM, which monitor and score 100% of interactions across every channel.
-Workforce Management (WEM) and Advanced Reporting and Analytics.

Customers and partners from every region took the stage to share results from live deployments. LG CNS also presented its strategic partnership with Bright Pattern, integrating the platform with LG CNS’s AgenticWorks AI platform for enterprise. Independent perspective came from Donna Fluss, President of DMG Consulting, who delivered a compelling session on where contact center AI is heading.

A recurring theme was execution. Bright Pattern presented research from Gartner, McKinsey, Deloitte and Forrester showing that while most organizations have piloted generative AI in customer care, far fewer have scaled it into production value. Sessions focused on how a single native platform, rather than bolted-together point solutions, closes that gap. Bright Pattern customers report 40–60% improvement in handle time and a 25–35% increase in first-call resolution with AI Agent Assist.

Beyond the sessions, attendees connected over a dinner cruise on San Francisco Bay and a cable car tour of the city.

“Seeing customers and partners from Latin America, Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, Japan and Korea in one room confirmed what we hear every day: the shift to autonomous CX is global,” said Michael McCloskey, CEO of Bright Pattern. “The analysts agree the opportunity is real, and they also warn that most organizations will struggle with execution. What made these two days powerful was hearing our customers and partners describe, in their own words, the results they are already delivering on a single AI-first platform.”
