Bruviti Raises $5 Million Series A Investment from the Marcone Group
Bruviti, the leader in AI-powered predictive service applications, has raised a strategic growth investment of $5 million from the Marcone Group, the largest authorized home-appliance parts distributor in the world. This Series A investment for Bruviti, which until now has been entirely self-funded, positions Bruviti as the de-facto leader in AI-powered triage technology for appliance service and support.
Bruviti transforms vast quantities of technical product information and service know-how into service insights and process automation. The Silicon Valley-based company has pioneered an approach that solves a wide array of service problems using big-data analytics and machine-learning techniques. Bruviti’s core product offering is an AI-powered intelligent triage center for fault prediction, part prediction, case-based reasoning, and expert guidance.

“Marcone is excited to partner with Bruviti to introduce their comprehensive triage solution as another value-added offering to further solidify our leadership position in the appliance service and support industry,” said Avichal Jain, president of Marcone Group.
“This investment from Marcone enables us to target opportunities with servicers and w******* providers that are looking to digitally transform their service and support operations,” said Andy Chinmulgund, Bruviti’s chief executive officer. “We also see excellent opportunities to expand the reach of our technology into adjacent sectors that depend heavily on expert technical support and onsite service, such as medical devices, agriculture, and construction.”
