Clari Customer Base Rapidly Expands Following Key Acquisitions
More than 300 customers added since Wingman acquisition, growing Clari customer base to more than 1,000 organizations
Clari, the leader in Revenue Collaboration & Governance (RevCG), announced that a record number of customers are now running their entire revenue process on the Clari Revenue Platform. Adding an average of one new customer a day since the Wingman acquisition in June, Clari now counts more than 1,000 organizations on its roster. The acquisition of Wingman, a leader in conversation intelligence, added the unprecedented ability to analyze customer and employee conversations to Clari’s category-leading Revenue Platform. The Clari Revenue Platform goes beyond forecasting, giving revenue leaders a past, present, and future look into their revenue, as well as the ability to extract valuable AI-driven insights and provide real-time coaching for sales teams.

“With the Clari Revenue Platform, customers have the ability to solve the siloed processes that create breakdowns in the end-to-end revenue process and avoid the number one revenue killer: revenue leak.”
New customers are adopting the Clari Revenue Platform for its ability to provide visibility into all phases of the revenue cycle, and give revenue leaders an accurate snapshot of their revenue at any given time.
“We partnered with Clari to build standardization and governance into our revenue process,” said Chris Vik, chief revenue officer at Leapwork, a no-code automation platform used by global enterprises across all industries. “With the addition of Clari Align and Wingman to the platform, revenue is no longer a guessing game, and we always know where our revenue has been, where it’s going, and where it’s at now.”
Leapwork is growing rapidly, and their revenue organization needed to evolve to support this growth, Vik said. With Clari, Leapwork now has alignment of their entire revenue organization, as well as a uniform sales process that drives more predictable performance and outcomes.
Following the Align and Wingman acquisitions earlier this year, Clari now has over 1,000 customers on its roster. Customer success stories from the past quarter include:
Hyland: Founded in 1991, Hyland Software provides enterprise content management and process management software solutions. As the company continues to grow, leaders found that they needed to standardize and create rigor around processes. In particular, they needed to identify deals for which they were not a strong fit and that could lead to revenue leak. The Clari Revenue Platform has helped revenue leaders keep representatives accountable and has increased their visibility into core revenue functions.

Lacework: Lacework is a software company with a specialized unified cloud security platform that automates intrusion detection and simplifies cloud compliance, among other cloud security services. Prior to using the Clari Revenue Platform, Lacework had data accuracy and usability challenges in their forecasting processes. With Clari’s real-time updates to their CRM system, Lacework revenue leaders have more confidence that they have the most complete and trustworthy view of their business, especially at the most critical moments during the quarter.
Lusha: A top sales intelligence platform, Lusha looks to Clari to help drive a steady revenue stream. The company uses Clari Wingman within their sales and customer service teams to provide best practices and help guide renewal discussions. In fact, the company found that, on average, Clari’s projected revenue is within 7.99% of Lusha’s actual closed/won revenue number at the end of each quarter. The ability to drive more predictable revenue is an immense benefit to Lusha, as they are able to accurately predict where their end of quarter figures will be based on Clari’s historical analysis and prediction of their final outcome.
“The velocity we’re seeing in growing our customer base since acquiring Wingman this summer is a testament to the value we’re delivering,” said Andy Byrne, CEO, Clari. “With the Clari Revenue Platform, customers have the ability to solve the siloed processes that create breakdowns in the end-to-end revenue process and avoid the number one revenue killer: revenue leak.”
Clari continues to earn industry accolades for the Clari Revenue Platform, and recently was ranked #1 in the G2 Enterprise Grid Report for Revenue Operations and Intelligence for Fall 2022. According to the report, 97% of users rated Clari four or five stars, with 93% of users saying they believe the company is headed in the right direction. In addition, the report found that 93% of users said they are likely to recommend Clari. Clari was also ranked #1 among competitors in the most recent G2 Enterprise Revenue Operations & Intelligence Implementation Index and Usability Index.
