CoreWeave Appoints Glenn Hutchins as Lead Independent Director
North Island Chairman and Silver Lake Co-Founder Joins CoreWeave Board of Directors
CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler™, today announced the appointment of Glenn Hutchins as Lead Independent Director of CoreWeave’s Board. In his role, Hutchins will serve as Chair of both the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Hutchins is Chairman of North Island and North Island Ventures and a co-founder of Silver Lake. He also serves as Lead Independent Director of Banco Santander S.A. and currently serves as a director of AT&T Inc., as well as a member of the Investment Board and the International Advisory Board of GIC, the sovereign wealth fund of Singapore. Hutchins is also the Co-Chairman of the Brookings Institution.
