“We are finding a growing number of customers who no longer want to own and manage physical firewalls,” explains Jeremy Pease, senior vice president of managed services operations at DataBank. “The challenge for us was to quickly expand our existing managed virtual firewall offering to additional geographic markets as our business has grown rapidly over the last 12 months.”
“We’re delighted with the success of our deployment with DataBank,” says Eduardo Cervantes, CEO, Corsa Security. “With our Corsa Security Orchestrator, DataBank can now automatically manage Palo Alto Networks VM-Series Virtual Firewalls on a per customer basis according to individual enterprise requirements. We look forward to helping more and more of DataBank’s customers realize the business agility possible with managed virtual firewalls.”

The Corsa Security solution at DataBank leverages intelligent orchestration and automation to enable a hosted, managed VFS with speed, simplicity, and savings. At the heart of the solution is the Corsa Security Orchestrator software—a single portal to deploy, scale, and optimize the virtual firewalls across geographically separate data centers. It aggregates the view from multiple VM-Series Virtual Firewalls to show the health of the systems, server resource allocation, infrastructure, and network utilization. Built on an intuitive UI, the Orchestrator simplifies all the complex operations associated with running on-premise virtual firewalls so a customer support team can add more at the click of a button.
