The lack of skilled talent to assist with organizational AI transformation, is what SpringPeople is working to bridge. This gap is most pronounced in economies like India & China where there is marked increase in the demand for AI/ML. Acknowledging the need for cross-border collaboration to meet this challenge, SpringPeople is on a mission to bring together AI specialists, scientists, researchers & trainers from the US, GermanyJapan and India. This ML/AI thinktank is developing Machine Learning enablement programs that are aimed at helping clients CISCO, MindTree, Accenture, Walmart, HSBC and others meet new-age technology requirements.

Commenting on the partnership with SpringPeople, Dr James added, “I’m happy to partner with SpringPeople as they work towards bridging the ever widening AI chasm. While organizational demand for trained, skilled AI/ML specialists is expected to rise by as much as 60% in 2019 alone, less than 4% of the Indian IT workforce handling ML/AI projects receive any formal training. With this partnership, we will provide a highly accessible ML/AI learning program of courses for teams & organizations.”
