Dun & Bradstreet Powers Microsoft Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 Agents with the D&B Commercial Graph
Organizations can use D&B’s verified information on business identity, relationships, and risk to power AI agents across sales, finance and compliance workflows
Dun & Bradstreet announced new Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales agents, enabling organizations to build and deploy AI agents grounded in business identity, relationships, and risk data. Clients can now use the D&B Commercial Graph™ to customize their own agentic workflows across finance & credit, compliance, sales & marketing, and enterprise master data management use cases in Microsoft Copilot Studio. The integration also enables users to enrich Microsoft’s prebuilt Dynamics 365 Sales agents, such as the Sales Qualification Agent and Sales Opportunity Agent, with D&B’s continually verified business context. This enables agents to research accounts, qualify leads, assess opportunity health, identify risk signals, and prioritize seller actions using trusted company intelligence.
Maintaining a consistent understanding of customers, suppliers, and counterparties is critical as organizations deploy more AI agents across functions and platforms. Anchored by the D‑U‑N‑S® Number business identifier, the D&B Commercial Graph provides a verified identity layer that helps agents operate from the same commercial foundation across systems and workflows. With custom- or Microsoft-built Copilot agents now able to access the D&B Commercial Graph in near real-time, clients can leverage D&B’s verified business context where they are already working and building across the Microsoft Copilot Studio environment.

“As organizations deploy more AI agents across their business, the quality of the data that informs those agents becomes increasingly important,” said Elizabeth Barrette, General Manager for Master Data Management Solutions at Dun & Bradstreet. “The D&B Commercial Graph provides a consistent foundation of verified business identity, relationships and risk data, helping organizations build AI workflows that are grounded in a common understanding of the businesses they work with.”
With the D&B Commercial Graph available to Dynamics 365 Sales agents, organizations can enrich prospect and account data with verified business context to support qualification, prioritization, and engagement workflows. For organizations building AI workflows tailored to their business, Microsoft Copilot Studio enables users to build custom agents that extend trusted business context into the workflows such as credit and risk evaluation, third-party onboarding, compliance, supply chain management, and account-based marketing.
Together, these capabilities extend D&B’s presence across Microsoft AI, enabling organizations to apply verified business identity, relationship, and risk data directly within agentic workflows.
