HumanTronik acquires CloudMoyo to combine global enterprise delivery with deep frontier AI expertise for joint customers, combining HumanTronik’s enterprise AI platform with CloudMoyo’s Microsoft engineering depth and forward-deployed delivery teams across the United States to turn intent into autonomous execution.

HumanTronik announced that it has acquired CloudMoyo, bringing together HumanTronik’s enterprise AI platform with CloudMoyo’s Microsoft engineering depth, Icertis Contract Intelligence expertise, and experience taking enterprise technology into production. Financial terms were not disclosed. CloudMoyo will continue to operate under its own brand, with no change to existing customer teams, contracts, or service commitments.

HumanTronik today announced that it has acquired CloudMoyo.

HumanTronik builds hyper-personalized Human Language Models (HLMs) closely mirroring how individuals and organizations actually get work done, grounded in collaborative research with cognitive neuroscientists. Enterprise AI agents powered by HumanTronik HLMs act inside Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and the systems people already use, turning business intent into measurable business outcomes.

CloudMoyo’s customers include global enterprises such as Expeditors, a Fortune 500 global logistics company, and GMXT/Ferromex, Mexico’s largest railway transportation company and one of the country’s most extensive rail networks, along with industry leaders including Terracon, one of the largest engineering and consulting firms in the U.S., Investors Title Insurance Company, a leading provider of residential and commercial title insurance, and AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), the world’s largest provider of HIV medical care. CloudMoyo also serves a global leader in foodservice distribution, and a Fortune 500 energy infrastructure company operating one of the largest natural gas and natural gas liquids pipeline networks in the U.S. CloudMoyo’s Icertis Contract Intelligence practice modernizes contract operations for global enterprises and was named the Highest Delivery NPS Partner of the Year by Icertis.

CloudMoyo brings more than a decade of Microsoft engineering depth across Azure, Fabric, and Foundry, with global enterprise delivery experience at scale.

“Twelve years ago, a few of us set out to take enterprise technology the last mile, into environments that do not forgive mistakes. Customers trusted us there. Microsoft and Icertis backed us. This team delivered—every single time. Our customers stopped asking whether AI works two years ago. They started asking why none of the benefits reached their numbers. Today, we can answer that. With HumanTronik, we move into Service as Software. This is the most exciting day of my career, and we are just getting started,” said Manish Kedia, Co-founder and CEO, CloudMoyo, a HumanTronik Company.

Together, HumanTronik and CloudMoyo will help customers deploy human + agent teams that allow AI to work seamlessly across business functions—helping organizations run better and more efficiently while laying the foundation for the autonomous enterprise.

Built on top of Microsoft Work IQ (how enterprises work), Fabric IQ (data intelligence), and Foundry IQ (agent intelligence), the HumanTronik platform enables customers to move beyond pilots and realize measurable outcomes from their Microsoft investments, with proven engineering, domain expertise, and long-term support behind every deployment.

“In a world where autonomous cars and drones are already a reality, autonomous enterprises are not far behind. I am super excited about building the foundation of the autonomous enterprise with the Microsoft engineering depth and enterprise delivery capability that CloudMoyo brings to the HumanTronik platform, enabling our customers to realize the benefits of AI at global scale,” said Monish Darda, Co-founder & CEO, HumanTronik.

The combined company operates across San Francisco, Seattle, Singapore and Pune, pairing frontier AI research with consultants and engineers who work close to customers globally.
