InCountry, Inc. announced the release of AgentCloak Cross-Border for Salesforce Agentforce at the Salesforce Dreamforce conference. As multinational Salesforce customers roll out Agentforce agents, AgentCloak enables the agents to operate seamlessly across borders while adhering to stringent data privacy and AI regulations, including the EU AI Act, China’s PIPL, and Saudi Arabia’s PDPL.

AgentCloak enables Agentforce agents to compliantly cross borders so Agentforce can assist customers, sales teams, and customer services agents worldwide.
AgentCloak uses tuned Sovereign AI’s to discover and cloak local names, addresses, and local vernacular to detect sensitive data, including medical terms. Sensitive data can be generalized for processing by Agentforce, such as transforming “headache” into “minor neurological condition,” “Berlin” into “EU,” or an age such as “32” into the “30-39” bracket.

Email-to-Case workflows are also supported with local Email servers that automatically cloak and uncloak sensitive data. Complementing these features, AgentCloak provides localized memory storage for each customer’s context history with Agentforce Agents, fostering compliant experiences that prioritize both security and usability.
The AgentCloak Salesforce Agentforce solution delivers complete human-in-the-middle data residency, allowing local customer representatives to directly access uncloaked data within the Salesforce Service Console. Local end-users seamlessly interact bi-directionally with uncloaked data, and AgentCloak ensures that no sensitive data crosses borders.
