NEC Launches Network Connect, AI-Driven Intelligent Call Routing and Voice Network Monitoring for Enterprises Business

The new call routing solution from NEC uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to automatically route each call with the most cost-effective and reliable carrier solution available.
