“Our customers have asked us for an online/self-service learning platform and that led us to launch highako.com as a beta platform last year,” said Urvish Vashi, COO of HighRadius. “With 10,000+ users on the platform and a vibrant partner ecosystem consisting of credit groups, collection agencies, attorneys and industry associations, we see this echoing a larger trend of millennials and Gen Z gravitating towards microlearning platforms.”
“We continually hear from members about wanting more and different educational options. The last year has changed much about how we answer this call and now we have a solution. We are the first NACM affiliate to partner with Highako Academy,” said Jon Flora President & CEO, NACM Business Credit Services.
“Highako Academy has been an important addition to the HPE Credit and Collection team’s training strategy. The content is extremely relevant and well presented. Many of our 250+ team members have already taken advantage of Highako and we will continue to increase our utilization going forward,” said Bill Lehmann, Global Director of Credit and Collections, HPE.
“Currently there is no one place for credit learning. With job-role specific courses and ERP modules, Highako Academy will serve as a ‘one-stop’ training solution for credit, collections and A/R teams,” says Joy Krugel, Credit Manager – Johnsonville, LLC, whose team has been testing the platform for more than a year.
