Nimble Gravity, a global consultancy specializing in AI, data, and software engineering, has acquired Fog Solutions, a premier data and AI firm recognized for its expertise in Microsoft Azure and Databricks and its rapid delivery of AI-enabled and cloud data solutions.

This acquisition brings 50 additional data and AI experts—primarily based in the U.S.—into Nimble Gravity’s growing global team, bringing the firm’s global headcount to ~250.

This marks Nimble Gravity’s third acquisition, following its recent integrations of iGerencia, a Colombia-based data consultancy, and mDEVZ, an Argentina-based digital and data science firm.
