RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, due diligence questionnaires and other relevant customer inquiries are integral to running most businesses but are regularly discounted, under-resourced and inconsistently managed. As a result, Response Management is emerging as a new priority for C-suite communities that want to measurably improve efficiency in the creation and editing of proposals, questionnaires and other responses. Legacy RFPIO customers have the option to move to the new UX; all new customers will use it exclusively.

Generative AI-based GPT Assistant
RFPIO recently introduced a beta version of its GPT Assistant, an option for users of RFPIO’s response management platform to edit, refine and augment content within a company’s Content Library in RFPIO while adhering to the highest levels of compliance and security. It is currently available to select customers and will become generally available during Summer 2023.
