AcuLens records user behavior within an Acumatica instance and turns that data into three reports covering upgrade readiness, optimization & workforce process.

AcuLens answers a question most Acumatica users cannot currently answer with evidence: how is the system actually being used? A lightweight collector records which screens, workflows, customizations and integrations a team really works in, and which ones it never touches. That record becomes three decision-ready reports, produced on a schedule the customer chooses.

The analysis behind the reports is AI-assisted. AcuLens combines defined rules and usage-pattern analysis with an AI layer that works only on aggregated results, never on business data, to phrase each finding in plain language and name the next step it recommends.
Make ERP decisions evidence-based
Most decisions about a mid-market ERP are made from memory rather than measurement. Upgrade scope is set from what people believe the system does, then validated by putting it in a sandbox and seeing what breaks.
Acumatica ships two major releases a year, and every one of them lands on an instance carrying its own customizations. AcuLens replaces the recollection with a measured record of what the instance does.
Three clear insights from one collector
Upgrade Readiness Lens. Crosschecks the real usage record against every documented change in the target version’s release notes. Produces a risk register, a test plan ranked by what is actually used rather than by what exists.
Usage and Optimization Lens. Surfaces manual work the system already automates, capability that was licensed but never adopted, and the screens where errors and slow responses concentrate.

Workforce and Process Lens. Shows the roles that exist in practice rather than on the org chart, when workload actually arrives across the day, week and financial period, where a process depends on one person, and the observed steps that can serve as onboarding instructions or playbooks.
Each report is delivered as a short narrative document with detailed annexes, plus a test plan which provides a machine-readable JSON file that other tools can consume directly. Analysis is AI-assisted, with all figures computed in code and an automatic quality check before any report is released.
Designed so that no business data leaves the instance
AcuLens records how the system is used, never what is inside it. User names, logins, emails, amounts, balances, customer and vendor records, document contents and credentials are never captured. Collected data is limited to screen and command events, the fact that a field changed rather than its value, and document status transitions. Users are replaced with alias numbers at the source, and the map linking an alias back to a person stays inside the customer’s own instance. Every collected record can be inspected on the instance before anything is transferred.

AcuLens is built for Acumatica VARs and the mid-market companies running Acumatica. For a partner, account reviews start with the client’s measured usage rather than “how is everything going,” and upgrades are scoped from evidence, not guesswork. For a customer, the same record shows where the system is worked around, where licensed capability goes unused, and where a process rests on one person.
Deployment and delivery
AcuLens supports Acumatica SaaS and on-premise instances on any current version. Deployment is a single customization package and it requires one dedicated API user, with nothing for end users to configure or fill in. The collector needs roughly 30-60 days (for higher accuracy) of activity to generate the first report. Reports are delivered monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually.
