The Everest Group report – Healthcare Payer Digital Services Peak Matrix Assessment 2022 – recognized Accenture’s commitment to continuously enhance its advisory services. The report notes that the pandemic acted as a forcing function for healthcare payers to future-proof their technology, which has driven the demand for digital adoption among payers. Indeed, there has been a strong uptick in demand for digital services in the healthcare payer market –the overall payer digital services market is close to $9 billion, and Everest Group forecasts it will grow at compound annual growth rate of 12% between 2021 and 2025.
