Stage, a majority female-led private equity fund that acquires controlling interest in early-stage companies, along with Clear Stream Partners, a Denver and New York City based equity investor, announced the acquisition of Worklete (“the Company”), an applied technology company significantly reducing workplace injuries.

Worklete, founded in 2015, is a mobile device enabled solution that provides injury prevention training for frontline workers anytime, anywhere. The Worklete platform has proven to reduce preventable musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries up to 50% with less than five minutes per day utilization. The Company counts well-known Fortune 500 brands as clients.
