Ivy.ai, a higher education chatbot provider will build AI-powered chatbots for various offices and for outreach and recruitment. The partnership will help Los Angeles Pierce College in implementing AI-Powered intelligent assistants to drive various key strategic initiatives. L.A. Pierce College wants to sustain its influence and credibility as an innovator due to its early AI-adaptability towards student communication technology projects.

Dr. Earic Dixon-Peters, Vice President of Student Services said. “We believe that the Ivy chatbot offers Pierce a unique opportunity to drive enrolment and increase retention while simultaneously decreasing costs. The ability to have meaningful, personalized conversations, at-scale, 24-hours a day will improve our ability to serve our students and drive successful outcomes. Our Ivy chatbot will answer questions typically fielded by a variety of business units, in a convenient conversational format over multiple communication channels. We aim to reduce the campus run-around problems that students encounter as they navigate the enrolment process.”
Ivy.ai is partnering with L.A. Pierce College to train chatbots to bolster recruitment, enrolment, and retention metrics. The collaboration helps the college to –
