HubSpot Redesigns Flywheel of Content Experience with New AI-powered Tools

New tools Content Assistant and ChatSpot.ai would enable HubSpot users and learners to continuously improve their experiences with better content and applications. Both tools are meant for marketing, sales and customer service professionals.

Top Martech platform HubSpot has dived into the AI bandwagon with two new AI-powered tools. The two tools are:

  • ChatSpot.ai: a ChatGPT3-like tool for chat and support built on OpenAI GPT and Dall-E (public alpha)
  • Content Assistant: Automation tool for content quality management, suggestion, and generation (private beta)

The new capabilities are specifically designed to push momentum into omnichannel marketing and sales campaigns. These activities are studied as part of the famous HubSpot flywheel. The two tools, Content Assistant and ChatSpot.ai would help HubSpot customers save more time while creating better connections with their audiences. Last week, HubSpot released an ebook explaining how to integrate AI tools with your content operations. While it highlighted the role of AI in transforming the quality of content, it also explained the limitations of generative AI.

HubSpot Turns to Powerhouse Ecosystem

HubSpot strives to continuously improve its platform and user interface with new applications and tools. With a legacy of 16 years and billions of transactional data available within its database, HubSpot is fully capable of scaling its ChatSpot.ai product to new heights. Co-founder of HubSpot, Brian Halligan predicts enterprise-level communication and collaboration tools would take inspiration from HubSpot’s ChatSpot.ai interface in the future.

According to Salesforce’s State of Marketing report, 70% of marketing leaders are redefining their success metrics to match organization-level goals. AI-powered writing and image generation tools and chatbot automation are already programmed across client-facing departments to bring in newer types of customer experiences. With time, these capabilities would become ubiquitous and more trustworthy in handling complex workflows. As we master the science of understanding what AI and automation can do for us in marketing, sales, and customer service, companies like HubSpot would continue to embrace newer technologies for CRM and service management.

The introduction of content assistant and ChatSpot.ai builds on HubSpot’s earlier investments in AI including conversation intelligence, data quality tooling, data enrichment, predictive AI, content optimization, and more. Powered by industry-leading artificial intelligence systems from OpenAI, content assistant and ChatSpot.ai create efficiencies for marketing, sales, and customer service professionals. Both tools would integrate with HubSpot’s CRM and marketing automation capabilities.
