AlayaCare Announces Strategic Acquisition of Procura

Acquisition Accelerates AlayaCare’s Growth Strategy and Vision to Be the World’s Most Trusted Home and Community Care Technology Provider

AlayaCare, an award-winning technology platform for home and community care, announced the acquisition of Procura, a division of Complia Health, a leading global provider of enterprise software for long-term and post-acute care organizations. With nearly 200 customers, Procura was founded in 1989 and has operations in Canada and Australia.

AlayaCare has acquired Procura, a division of Complia Health Inc. The acquisition strengthens AlayaCare’s growth strategy and vision to be the world’s most trusted home and community care technology provider.
