EverQuote, Inc., a leading online insurance marketplace in the U.S., is pleased to announce that Elyse Neumeier will join the company as Chief People Officer.
Ms. Neumeier is a gifted leader in talent strategy and operations who brings significant expertise building scalable technical organizations. “We are thrilled to welcome Elyse to the leadership team. Her prior experience at Wayfair as a business leader in their Talent Strategy Business Partner organization and Talent Business Partner for the CTO will enable her to accelerate EverQuote’s journey towards building best in class talent in all areas of the business, with a particular focus on the technical areas of AI, analytics, engineering and data science concomitant with the opportunities for innovation in the continued shift of insurance online,” said Seth Birnbaum, CEO and Co-Founder of EverQuote.

Mrs. Neumeier previously served as Associate Director of Talent Strategy at Wayfair and as a Consultant at Bain & Company. Mrs. Neumeier holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Tufts University.
