EPIQ Infotech, LLC (“EPIQ”), announced that it has become a Solutions Partner for Canon Information and Imaging Solutions, Inc. (CIIS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., and is now able to bring together its expertise and well established practice in implementing Oracle JD Edwards solutions for business clients with business process automation capabilities provided by Canon.
EPIQ’s clients can now capture information from their other enterprise systems as well as documents and images directly into their JD Edwards instances by using Canon’s technology and solutions that digitize document-based business processes and workflows.

The automation of document intensive processes, such as those found in accounts payable and accounts receivable which rely on information from paper and digital invoices, sales orders and other documents, results in clients maximizing their investment in JD Edwards and in increased visibility of their vital information and the ability to share it across documents and back-end systems. Canon’s AP Solution is an Oracle Validated Integration (OVI) with JD Edwards. Since it is a true integration and not a bolt on, business process automation based on Canon’s AP Automation solution enables ERP users to gain visibility into the status of the invoices and payments of their accounts right from within JD Edwards. Also workflow creation, for example routing an approval, can be done quickly and easily from within the Canon User Interface.
