Google Floats Gen AI Search in 120 Countries With 4 Additional Languages

Google’s Search Generative Experience

The US, Japan, and India were the only nations to have access to Google’s Search Generative Experience (SGE), but it has now expanded to 120 more countries, such as Indonesia, Nigeria, Kenya, Brazil, Mexico, and others. And now they’re available in Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and Indonesian! For instance, a Spanish speaker in the US can utilize SGE in the selected language.

The company’s intention to invest heavily in the search experience is made clear by the latest announcements. Google is only trying to keep its search supremacy, so this decision makes sense. The importance of adverts in this new search experience was also previously emphasized by CEO Sundar Pichai. The firm is committed to continually testing out new formats inside SGE to create highly targeted advertising that maintains its usefulness across all stages of the user’s search.
