Provisur Technologies Expands Aftermarket Parts & Service Leadership Team

Provisur Technologies, Inc. announces the hiring of Mike Loth as Technical Service Manager, Stephanie Lowry as Technical Learning & Publications Manager and Wayne Eide as Parts Manager for its Further Processing Aftermarket Parts & Service Team.

“With Stephanie leading technical learning and program development, Wayne managing parts development and maintenance, and Mike ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint — including new service programs and technology — we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience in aftermarket.”

Provisur offers a robust aftermarket service to support customers after the point of purchase, including technical support, emergency repairs, reconditioning, staff training and more. The offering also includes the Provisur Peak Performance program, which delivers personalized preventative maintenance that addresses customers’ unique machine or plant requirements. In their new roles, Loth, Lowry and Eide will collectively work to optimize and expand these and other aftermarket offerings.

Mike Loth comes to Provisur with 30 years of service industry experience as well as technical certifications that include Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining Provisur, he spent 16 years at Robert Bosch LLC in various support and service roles, most recently as Director of Technical Support & Service.

Wayne Eide joins Provisur with 30+ years of aftermarket experience, with his most recent role as Services Sales Business Development Manager at Mettler Toledo. Prior to that, he was the Marketing, Inside Sales and Aftermarket Manager at Advanced Detection Systems.
