ServiceMaster DSI has appointed Jason Dodge as branch manager of their Aurora, CO location. Jason’s duties will include day-to-day operations as well as customer service improvements.

While Jason’s primary duty will be the day-to-day operation of the branch which serves the Aurora, Denver and surrounding areas, he will also be focused on re-engineering customer service and support to provide improved customer satisfaction. Jason has over 16 years of experience in the restoration industry, 11 of those years have been spent with ServiceMaster. Beginning his career in the field cleaning carpets as part of restoration jobs, Jason learned the importance of customer service and what it takes to ensure the highest-level customer satisfaction. Through hard work, dedication to service and consistently putting clients before himself, Jason has moved up through the organization from water technician to supervisor, project manager and just prior to being promoted served as operations manager.
