Yardi to Discuss Future of Artificial Intelligence at IFMA and WEEC Conferences

Presentations will connect AI to asset value, operational efficiency and tenant comfort

Yardi® will share its insight into the expanding applications of artificial intelligence at two major conferences in October: IFMA’s World Workplace 2018 (IFMA WW18) occurring Oct. 3-5 and the World Energy Engineering Congress 2018 (WEEC 2018) taking place Oct. 17-19.

Matt Eggers, Vice President of Yardi Energy, and Annette Durnack, Regional Director of Yardi Energy, will present conference sessions at IFMA WW18 and WEEC 2018, respectively. Their presentations will address how automated responses to variables such as weather, occupancy and equipment performance can help building managers reduce energy consumption, cut maintenance costs, extend capital asset life and improve tenant satisfaction.

Eggers and Durnack will also introduce Yardi® Pulse which collects, analyzes and communicates energy data to support conservation and cost control by property stakeholders.

“AI is touching an increasing number of aspects of business life, including asset management. Annette and I look forward to illustrating how people responsible for optimizing building performance can make AI an ally in tackling complex problems related to managing energy consumption and increasing asset value,” Eggers said.
