AlayaCare Partners with Element5 to Extend the Adoption of Workflow Automation Technology for Home Health Care

AlayaCare, a leading home health software, announced its partnership with Element5, a workflow automation solution for post-acute care. The partnership will help AlayaCare customers automate complex administrative tasks using Element5’s Automation-as-a-Service solution.

The goal of this partnership is to mitigate labor-intensive processes for organizations, by automating manual work that takes place between AlayaCare and other systems. As a result, providers can maximize the efficiency of their staff and improve productivity in the current climate where post-acute organizations face a severe shortage of staff. Home health agencies across AlayaCare’s network can now easily automate rule-based repetitive work, helping their teams focus on higher value tasks.

“Those in the home-based care industry know first-hand the challenges presented with the current caregiver shortage,” explains Micheal Whyte, Partnerships Manager at AlayaCare. “That’s why AlayaCare partners with time-saving solutions like Element5 so agencies can maximize the efficiency of their workforce, leaving caregivers to spend time focusing on delivering care. With an average of 100 hours saved per week with Element5, we’re excited to see how this partnership will transform agencies globally”.

“Automation is transforming the way home care and home healthcare agencies are investing time on administrative work. The opportunities presented by this partnership are incredibly exciting as we think about the wide range of processes that can be automated for AlayaCare users”, said Joe Randesi, co-founder & CEO, Element5. “Together, Element5 and AlayaCare can usher in the future of how teams invest their time on manual and repetitive tasks, while continuing to deliver on efficiency.”

Element5’s workflow automation solution is powered by AI (artificial intelligence) and RPA (robotic process automation). Administrative work in post-acute care involves far too many repetitive clicks, and takes up a significant portion of the teams’ time. Element5 is delivering workflow automation that performs time consuming, manual work on behalf of teams. Today, Element5 has a range of pre-built workflows that help automate tasks across intake, authorization, RCM, clinical processes and more.
