Digital Workforce, the leading provider of intelligent automation (IA) services, has made a rapid start to 2022 adding five significant business expansions and extensions as a number of public and private sector organisations seek to drive automation within their operations.

In healthcare, Digital Workforce has worked closely with a partner, PSTG, to expand automation programmes with University Hospital North Midlands (UHNM), University Hospital Birmingham and Portsmouth Hospitals University. A Value Acceleration Programme reviewed 90 Processes at UHNM, prioritising and delivering across the Clinical and non-Clinical departments of the trust. An automation at Portsmouth HU was a recent finalist in the prestigious HSJ Awards – receiving recognition for Automating Ambulance Handovers for Faster, Safer and Less Stressful Patient Information Processing. This critical process is now receiving Run Management Support from the Digital Workforce Continuous Services team.

Elsewhere, M8 Consulting Customers Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, Bradford District Care Mental Health Trust and Wigan Council along with professional services giant Arup have all engaged Digital Workforce to provide consultancy to help them identify and deliver automation initiatives to support strategic objectives. Digital Workforce’s expertise in improving automation adoption with an independent mindset is proving appealing to organisation seeking to introduce Digital Workers, and their intrinsic skills in quick, accurate and data-rich delivery to an overwhelming workload.
