Leading RPA Provider Kryon Attains Net Promotor Score of +57

Customer-Rated Experience Exceeds IT & Software Industry Standard

Kryon, leading robotic process automation (RPA) company enabling enterprises to achieve continuous process optimization and change the way employees work, announced its Net Promotor Score (NPS) of +57, authenticating the company’s excellence status in overall customer satisfaction. This score is based on the results of an opt-in survey of Kryon’s enterprise RPA customers.

NPS is a loyalty metric that serves as the indicator of a company’s understanding of the needs of its customers and, in turn, their willingness to act as a reference for the vendor. According to the Customer Gauge 2018 NPS & CX Benchmarks Report, the average NPS for the “IT & Software” industry is +41; a benchmark that Kryon has surpassed by over 15 points.

“RPA vendors must place as much value on technology as they do customer experience.
