UiPath, the leading enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company, announced the appointment of Michael Gordon, COO and CFO of MongoDB, and Kim Hammonds, senior advisor and non-executive director to several technology companies, to its Board of Directors. The appointments expand the UiPath Board to include eight members, a prestigious group of seasoned business and technology executives from world-leading venture capital and Fortune 500 firms.

Previously, he was COO and CFO at Yodle, where he was responsible for the strategic and operational management of all aspects of finance and business operations, business development, reseller programs, corporate development, and legal affairs. She most recently served as the Group Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche Bank AG, where she was the third female in the company’s 150-year history to sit on the Management Board. Hammonds previously served as the Group Chief Information Officer for the Boeing Company. She also held executive positions at Dell Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
