ADASKY’s Viper thermal camera is a leading high-resolution, thermal perception system with the capability to fill the perception gaps not covered sufficiently by other technologies. The Viper sensor can recognize pedestrians at distances greater than 200 meters – over twice the range of low-beam headlights. Powered by cutting-edge algorithms, the Viper sensor can see and classify vulnerable road users, such as pedestrians and cyclists, as well as animals and inanimate obstacles at distances far beyond high-beam headlights.

Unlike other sensors limited by so-called “edge” cases including complete darkness, heavy rain, blinding sunlight, headlight glare and dense fog, ADASKY’s technology works in all weather conditions.
“Thermal sensing is a key component for robust ADAS and AV solutions for all-around roadway safety and optimal vehicle automation, and we are thrilled to see our Viper sensor in production with a forward-looking and innovative OEM,” said Yakov Shaharabani, ADASKY CEO.
