Commercial UAV Manufacturer Draganfly Acquires Dronelogics
Two drone making companies have joined hands to transform the future of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAVs). In a unique acquisition deal, Draganfly, the leader in unmanned vehicle sector making, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Dronelogics Systems.
The two companies would diversify their drone making technology. Dronelogics fully complements Draganfly’s product offerings and engineering developments. Together, the companies would extend their leadership position in the global UAV and UVS industry, providing customized services to their overlapping customers and partners.
Draganfly has been selected to globally integrate breakthrough health diagnosis technology immediately onto autonomous camera’s and specialized drones to combat coronavirus (COVID-19) and future health emergencies.

The acquisition has added a team of 11 employees to Draganfly.
Justin Hannewyk, the President of the operating subsidiary, Dronelogics, has been appointed to Draganfly’s Board. Draganfly also appointed Scott Larson as its Lead Independent Director.
