DoubleVerify Expands DV University with New Language Options and Course Offerings
DoubleVerify (DV) is a leading software platform for digital media measurement, data and analytics.
DV launched the industry’s first self-guided online training and certification platform for ad verification: DV University (DVU). Each DVU course is designed to give users the tools to get the most out of DV’s Advertiser Suite, by taking them on a self-guided tour of DV’s service offerings and demonstrating ways to leverage DV’s actionable insights to achieve campaign objectives. Originally, DVU offered five unique courses that provide an overview of DV’s solutions, along with how to set up, customize and optimize campaigns to meet performance goals.

DV is announcing that DVU is expanding to further its global client support by:
- Launching new language instances for Japanese, Russian and Spanish.
- Expanding course content to include new technical and operational training related to DV’s solutions for social media platforms.
- Offering training for the DV Tag Generator, which gives users the ability to process and export their own DV Tags in a single workflow.

Since launch, the program has been a huge success with many customers already having completed courses and achieved certification. A customer feedback survey showed that over 95% of platform users confirmed that DVU course content contains answers to many of the questions they would typically direct to their DV account manager. Users said that “real world” examples provided were especially useful in helping them see the DV solutions in-action.
“DV University has been an extremely helpful tool as we onboard new team members,” said Michael Consolazio, Vice President Group Director, Media Technology at GroupeConnect. “Rather than reviewing the basics, it has allowed us to focus on how DoubleVerify is used for our specific client and be a resource new team members can refer back to.”
