Signs Up SaaS-Based Contract and Meeting Management Tool PwC MyFiles
ContractZen, the SaaS-based contract and meeting management solution for enterprises, announced today that the official Finnish Elite Hockey League is digitizing it’s administrative and contractual matters with the PwC MyFiles service, provided by PwC Finland. The cloud-based MyFiles service is built and operated by ContractZen.
The elite hockey league began updating its operations in 2017 to respond to changes in media and consumer behavior. The league’s digitalization strategy is focused on creating a stronger fan community and customer experience, both in the arena and through various digital communications channels using the latest advances in, for example, mobile and real-time location-based technologies.
The league understood that in order to succeed in the digitalization of its operations, administration had to be digitalized. They chose PwC’s MyFiles service, powered by ContractZen’s secure metadata-based contract management service and board portal, to manage everything from player contracts and other critical documents to coordinating board meeting times, sharing of agenda and board materials, as well as creating and reviewing the meeting minutes digitally.
“Actually, we have been able to combine entertainment, media and sports so successfully that the NHL, for example, has been looking at our work for inspiration,” says league CEO Riku Kallioniemi. “Using the MyFiles board portal has improved our league’s efficiency and helped us to get rid of multiple circulating e-mail message chains. It has really taken all the hassle out of organizing and managing our administration.”
Antti-Jussi Aro, League’s Chief Digital Officer, is also satisfied with the digital development of the League. “All the teams in the League store their player contracts in PwC MyFiles and use it to manage their own documents, in an all paperless manner. The adoption of MyFiles has made work faster and more efficient through things such as diverse search functions. It’s also important that data protection has been considered and taken care of,” describes Aro.
